Agreement Ledger reads the service agreements in a Jobber account and lines them up as a ledger: the client, the plan, how much of the included work is used, what is owed, the pace, and when it renews. It does not create jobs, schedule visits, or replace Jobber's recurring jobs.

What it does

Each row is one agreement. Used against included is how much of the plan has been consumed. Owed is the amount still open. Pace says whether that use is on pace, ahead, or behind. Renews is when the agreement comes up again.

Recurring jobs are Jobber's way of repeating visits. This ledger does not create those jobs, does not schedule the visits, and does not edit that schedule. The person reviews the agreement. Jobber remains where the work is booked.

How it sits in Jobber

The app is installed into the Jobber account the company already uses. It reads agreements from that account. Clients, properties, jobs, and invoices stay in Jobber.

Zecro does not keep a separate copy of those records, and this site does not receive them. Uninstalling the app removes its access. The records remain yours, in Jobber.

Pricing

Pro is optional. It is $15 a month, sold on Gumroad, which is the seller of record for the payment. The button on this page opens that checkout. There is no Zecro checkout on this site.

A Pro purchase is for Agreement Ledger only. It is not a Jobber plan, and it is not a subscription to other Zecro apps.
